Family 1
Isolation Valves
Valves that open or shut a line fully — gate, sluice, ball, butterfly, plug, diaphragm, piston and bronze valves.
Gate Valves
A gate valve opens or shuts a line fully by lifting a wedge out of the flow. It is for on/off duty, not throttling, and gives almost no pressure drop when fully open.

Sluice Valves
The large cast iron or ductile iron gate valve used on Indian water supply mains, pumping stations and irrigation lines.

Gates fixed to a wall, thimble or channel to isolate or control water in sumps, treatment plants and canals.

Ball Valves
A quarter-turn valve: a ball with a bore through it turns 90° to open or shut, with tight shut-off on soft seats.

Butterfly Valves
A disc on a central stem turns 90° to open or shut. Short, light and economical in large sizes.

Plug Valves
A quarter-turn valve with a tapered or cylindrical plug, used for clean and dirty service and multi-port switching.

A flexible diaphragm presses onto a weir or the body floor, isolating the fluid from the bonnet and stem.

Piston Valves
A gland-less on/off valve: a piston slides into two sealing rings, so there is no stem packing to leak on steam.

Regulating & Control Valves
Valves that set and hold flow, pressure or temperature — globe, pressure reducing, control and balancing valves.
Globe Valves
The disc lifts off a seat, so flow can be set precisely. The standard valve for throttling steam, water and oil.

Pressure Reducing Valves
A PRV takes a higher inlet pressure and holds a steady, lower outlet pressure for steam, water, air or gas.

Control Valves
Valves with an actuator and positioner that change their opening automatically to control flow, pressure, level or temperature.

Check & Non-Return Valves
Valves that stop back-flow at pumps, boilers and mains — swing, forged, dual plate, foot and reflux valves.
Swing Check Valves (NRV)
A hinged disc swings open with flow and falls shut when it stops or reverses — the standard non-return valve.

Forged Check Valves
Small-bore, high-pressure lift and swing check valves with forged steel bodies.

Dual Plate & Wafer Check Valves
Two spring-loaded half-plates close before flow reverses, cutting water hammer — in a short, light wafer body.

Safety Relief Valves
A spring holds the disc shut until the set pressure, then the valve opens to release steam, gas or liquid.

Relief valves that open in proportion to overpressure, protecting pumps, liquid lines, tanks and mains.

Steam Traps
A steam trap lets condensate and air out of a steam line and keeps the steam in.

Dismantling Joints
A flanged joint whose length adjusts on site, so a valve, pump or meter can be removed without cutting the pipe. We manufacture MS dismantling joints.

Pipe Elbows & Bends
Fittings that change the direction of a pipeline, most often by 90° or 45°.
