S.K Trading & Co. is a supplier and stockist of industrial valves and allied products. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed on this website; goods are supplied as manufactured by their respective brand owners.

Product listings, specifications and technical data on this website are indicative and are provided for general guidance. They are compiled from manufacturer literature and may be revised by the manufacturer without notice.

Nothing on this website constitutes a technical recommendation for a specific application. Final selection of a valve for a given duty — including size, material, pressure class, temperature rating and media compatibility — remains the responsibility of the purchaser or their consulting engineer.

Where a specification on this website differs from the manufacturer’s current datasheet, the manufacturer’s datasheet prevails.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Product listings are an invitation to enquire.

• Prices are not published on this website; they are quoted on request against a specific requirement.
• A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it by placing a purchase order that we acknowledge in writing.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no period is stated, they are valid for fifteen days.
• Availability shown as "in stock" is indicative at the time of listing and is confirmed only on the quotation.
• Delivery dates given on a quotation are estimates made in good faith and are subject to manufacturer lead times and transport conditions.

Products carry the warranty offered by their respective manufacturer, and that warranty is passed through to you in full. We do not offer a separate or additional warranty over and above it.

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedure. We will assist in raising and pursuing a valid claim. Warranty does not cover damage arising from incorrect selection for the duty, improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear of soft components such as seats, seals and gaskets.

Goods correctly supplied against an accepted order are not returnable except by prior written agreement. Where a return is agreed, goods must be unused, in original packing, and returned within the agreed period; a restocking charge may apply. Items procured specially against your specification are not returnable.

If goods are supplied incorrectly or arrive damaged, notify us in writing within seven days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange replacement or credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with any supply is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production, loss of profit, plant downtime or contractual penalties, however arising.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

The layout, text and design of this website are the property of S.K Trading & Co.. Brand names, trade marks and logos of manufacturers shown on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of this website by those owners beyond our supply relationship.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
