Who we are
Supplier and stockist — not a manufacturer
S.K Trading & Co. is a proprietorship run by Mazhar Abdul Sattar Khan, registered under GST and as a micro enterprise under Udyam since 2019, and certified to ISO 9001:2015.
We are a trading house. We do not cast bodies or machine trims — we hold and supply valves built by the manufacturers your specification already names: L&T, Audco, Kirloskar, Forbes Marshall, Spirax Marshall, Uni Klinger and Zoloto.
That distinction matters to a buyer. It means every valve leaving our godown arrives in original packing with the manufacturer's own test certificate, and it means we are free to recommend whichever brand actually suits the duty rather than defending a single product line.
Our catalogue currently lists 191 products across 11 categories — from DN15 forged steel globe valves through to 2500 mm dismantling joints. It is a working list, not the limit of what we can supply. Anything outside it is sourced against your drawing or datasheet.

- Genuine branded product in original packing — no re-labelled substitutes.
- If a cheaper equivalent will do the job, we say so.
- If the duty needs a different valve type, we say that too.

What we do
Four things we are asked for, every week
Stock holding
Fast-moving sizes across ball, gate, globe, butterfly and check valves held at our Navi Mumbai godown, so routine replacements do not wait on a manufacturing lead time.
Indent supply
Larger sizes, higher pressure classes and specialised trims placed directly with the manufacturer, with the confirmed delivery date stated on the quotation.
Technical selection
Send a drawing, a datasheet, a P&ID extract or a photograph of the valve being replaced — we identify the equivalent and quote against the actual duty.
Documentation
Material test certificates, hydro-test reports, and IBR certification with Form IIIC where the specification calls for it.
